UBE PURPLE YAM

We use purple yam or ube (pronounced ’oo-bae’) from the Philippines to make our creamy ube mochi ice cream. Ube is known for its vibrant purple color and slightly nutty, vanilla meets pistachio-like flavor, we think it's a perfect addition to our mochi ice cream!
